Yes! Our trainings offer continuing education credits for various disciplines, including mental health professionals. Check each course page for specific approvals.
Our courses are designed for multiple disciplines, including mental health professionals and dietitians. CEU approvals from organizations like NASW (National Association of Social Workers), NBCC (National Board for Certified Counselors), and APA (American Psychological Association) are recognized for social workers, counselors, and psychologists, but they are not automatically accepted for Registered Dietitians (RDNs).
That said, many state boards and the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) often approve them when the course content is dietetics specific, such as the case with eating disorders and relevant to nutrition practice. Some dietitians use our materials to self-submit for credit, and in certain cases.
If you are an RDN planning to attend, the safest route is to check with your licensing board or CDR before enrolling. We provide detailed agendas, learning objectives, and completion certificates to support your submission.
After you complete the training (live or on-demand), you’ll receive a short evaluation form. Once it’s submitted, you’ll receive your CEU certificate by email.
Yes! All of our trainings can be attended virtually from anywhere in the world. Please note that CEU acceptance varies by country, so check with your licensing body.
No worries! Most courses are recorded, and you can access the replay for up to 90 days. For more flexibility, check out our on-demand courses available anytime.

There’s no single cause. Eating disorders develop from a combination of genetic, biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors, such as temperament, trauma, dieting, or pressure to meet certain body ideals.
Very dangerous. Eating disorders can cause severe medical issues affecting the heart, brain, bones, and more. Without treatment, they can be life-threatening. Seek help immediately.

The Integrated Compassionate Approach is a treatment framework we developed that combines evidence-based eating disorder interventions with compassion, curiosity, and attunement. ICA is built around 12 guiding pillars (see our Pillars of ICA page) and focuses on addressing the whole person, medical, nutritional, emotional, relational, and nervous system needs, rather than just symptoms.
ICA stands out by focusing on the 'why' behind behaviors, meeting clients where they are, and customizing interventions. It's trauma-informed, anti-diet, and integrates medical, nutritional, and therapeutic perspectives for a holistic approach.
Our trainings are designed for mental health providers, dietitians, medical professionals, and other helping professionals. Some workshops and resources are also appropriate for parents and support persons.
